Autumn has been training Samba no Pe with the NC Brazilian Arts Project since October of 2016. In 2020, Autumn had the opportunity to train in Rio de Janiero with passistas Mayara Lima, and Nubia Quele Santos, as well as Alex Couthino, the director of Tuiuti samba school. During this time she also participated in the 2020 Carnaval de Rio De Janeiro representing Porto da Pedra samba school in the International Ala. Autumn continues to train and perform with the NC Brazilian Arts Project, and she is excited to share her love for samba with the dance community in Chapel Hill.
Class Cards
Purchase a 3 or 5 class card to use for Bellydance or Samba classes.
Location and FAQ
We are located at 1201 Raleigh Road In Chapel Hill. It can be tricky to find us, please note we are in the back of the Family Fare building, next to Glen Lennox. If you drive all the way behind the Family Fare gas station, you will see our building, the Hayes Building, Park in this lot. We share the building with Bread and Butter printing. We are on the second floor, suite 205.
FAQ:
Wear & Bring comfortable clothes that are easy to move in. Yoga clothes are usually a safe bet for your first class. Bring water, a yoga mat if needed, and shoes.
